Instructions For Use
Step 1: Put StrappyFeet on your clean, dry foot, with strap on top and pad placed near your pain point.
Step 2: Adjust the unit so that the curvy portion of the pad is next to the wound, but not over it. Do not cover the wound with the pad.
Step 3: If remaining barefoot, you are good to go! If wearing a sock, put the sock on your foot as you normally do. If sock slightly bunches, simply pinch and lift sock as needed.
Step 4: If wearing a shoe, put the shoe on over your sock as you normally do. If more room is needed, loosen lace before putting shoe on.
Your StrappyFeet should now be positioned comfortably on your foot so that pressure is distributed to the pad while you enjoy walking, hiking, running, cycling, golf and other activities.
